Edge CRM
Keep the conversation together.
Edge CRM helps a business track inquiries, send approved follow-up email and keep matching replies with the right contact. Each business has its own CRM and controls which offices its staff can access.
Your business mailbox, connected by you
An administrator can connect the business’s selected Google Workspace or Gmail account from Integrations in its CRM. The mailbox owner signs in on Google’s screen and chooses whether to grant the requested permissions. Edge does not ask for the mailbox password.
The connection uses your verified Google email address to confirm the sending account and requests permission to send follow-up messages. If reply syncing is enabled, it also requests read-only Gmail access so matching replies can appear in the CRM and stop further automated follow-up.
Access you can control
Google’s read-only permission covers the mailbox. Edge’s reply feature requests only recorded threads started by email sent through Edge and imports matching replies; it does not provide mailbox-wide search or delete messages. An administrator can check or disconnect the mailbox from CRM Integrations, and you can revoke Edge’s access in your Google account.
Read our Google mailbox privacy disclosure for what is accessed, how it is used and stored, and how to request deletion.
Getting started and support
The Google mailbox connection is currently in an owner testing pilot. It is not yet available for general customer authorization. Businesses with an Edge CRM use the address provided during setup; there is no public self-service signup.
