What we keep, and why.

Updated 29 September 2026

This notice covers our website teardown service and the Google mailbox connection in Edge CRM. Go to Google mailbox privacy.

Running a teardown

When you paste an address into the teardown, our server fetches that public page and reads its HTML so the audit can run. We do not store the page. The address you typed is only kept if you go on to ask us to send you the result.

Asking for your teardown

If you enter your email to receive the teardown, we store that email alongside the address you submitted and the report we produced — the gaps found and the estimate shown. We keep the report so that when we reply, we are talking about the same numbers you saw.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you and to manage any work that follows. It is not sold, not shared, and not added to a mailing list. If you never write back, it sits in private storage until it is deleted.

Where it lives

Submissions are processed on Vercel and written to private Edge storage. Nothing is public.

Do not send patient information

Edge is not a covered entity and this site is not a place for protected health information. Do not submit patient names, records, images or any other identifying clinical detail through any field here.

Deleting it

Email info@edgemakes.com with the address you submitted and we will delete the record and confirm it. No account, no form, no conditions.

Connecting a Google mailbox to Edge CRM

Edge CRM helps a business manage inquiries and follow-up conversations. A mailbox connects only after its owner authorizes Edge on Google’s consent screen. Edge uses the Google account identifier and verified email address to confirm the selected sending account, and requests permission to send email from it.

When reply syncing is enabled, Edge also requests Google’s read-only Gmail permission. That permission covers the mailbox. Edge’s reply feature limits its requests to recorded threads started by email sent through Edge; it does not provide mailbox-wide search or delete mail. It imports matching replies after Edge’s original message, not unrelated conversations.

How connected mailbox data is used

Edge uses the connection to send the business’s approved follow-up messages, record delivery and thread identifiers, attach matching replies to the relevant CRM contact, and stop automated follow-up when someone replies or opts out.

Connected account details, relevant message headers and content, and conversation records are processed by the business’s CRM on Cloudflare and stored in its separate Supabase database. The stored Google refresh token is encrypted and bound to that CRM; it is not exposed to staff browsers. Authorized business staff can view matched conversations within their permitted office access.

Google data use and sharing

Edge uses Google account data to provide, secure and support these features. It does not sell Google account data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Service providers process this data as needed to operate the features. Edge personnel access specific Google data only with the user’s affirmative agreement, when necessary for security or to comply with law, or as otherwise permitted by Google’s Limited Use requirements.

Edge CRM’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting a mailbox

An administrator can disconnect the mailbox in CRM Integrations. Edge deletes its stored mailbox credential and attempts to revoke the Google grant. If that grant also supports a connected calendar, the mailbox disconnects locally while the calendar’s permission remains. You can remove all Edge access from your Google account connections.

Revoking access stops future access through that grant. It does not automatically delete conversation records already saved in the CRM or messages in Gmail.

CRM records and privacy requests

Saved CRM conversation records follow the business’s retention requirements. To request access, correction or deletion, contact the business whose CRM holds the records, or email Edge at info@edgemakes.com. Requests involving CRM records need to be verified; applicable retention requirements and backup limitations are identified before deletion is confirmed. Please do not include message contents or sensitive records in an initial privacy request.
